On September 14, 2008 Rick Barger departed Abiding Hope to begin a call at Epiphany Lutheran Church, Suwanee, Georgia. The leadership at Abiding Hope has decided not to call an interim pastor but to rely on the current Lead Staff to guide us through the transition. We've decided to forego the January 2009 event so that our staff can fully focus on leading the congregation during this critical time. We will, however, be working to re-vision the Abiding Hope Academy and pursue building new partnerships.
